How long does it take for delivery after placing an order?

Generally, shipping will begin within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-2 days, Belgium takes 2-3 days, Germany 3-4 days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We only offer shipping services within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Shipping to other countries is in preparation.

How can I track my delivery?

Customers can find the tracking number for their order in the
confirmation email and on the order history page.

REFUND

What is your refund policy?

At lilyshoushou we hope that you are always happy with your order. However, if you change your mind, we have a 30 day returns policy from the date you received your order.

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service at help@lilyshoushou.com, and we will find a suitable solution for you.

To return an item, follow these steps:

  • Make sure the item still has the original tags, is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Please use the original box you received for all returned items.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending items back to us. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please remember to include the completed returns form when returning items.
  • To avoid confusion, the prepaid return label should cover the original address label.
  • Prepare for collection or take the package to the nearest drop-off location.
  • Please keep the receipt when returning to the returns location.

How long does the refund process take?

After the returned item arrives at our logistics center, the product will be inspected and the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, it may take up to 14 days.

The refund will be sent back to the original payment method and depending on your bank's processing time, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the actual refund to appear.

Do I have to pay return costs?

Yes, as a customer you are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to us.

We will inform you of the return shipping costs when you inquire about a return.

What payment options are available?

You can use the following payment options:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • iDeal (Netherlands)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

When you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, the shipping address associated with your account is used and cannot be overwritten.

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

It is not possible to change the payment method after the order has been completed.

If you want to change the payment method, you must cancel the existing order and place a new one.

Is partial payment or installment payment possible?

We currently offer certain partial or installment services.

How can I receive a receipt after payment?

A receipt will be automatically sent to your email after placing the order.

You can also log into your account at any time and view or download invoices from your order history.

What currency do you use?

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR), and payments are also made in Euros.

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to go through the returns process.
