Cooling-off period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product anyway or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn't want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
This is how you can register your return:
1. Please contact info@lilyshoushou.com quoting your order number
2. we will send a return form
3. Send the package back with the return form to:

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs via the original payment method used to be paid back.
Only the costs for returning your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this impairment of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning.
